About us
Mossytree Park is home to 103 members and provides for them two green spaces, a beautiful swimming pool, recreation room, basketball court and horseshoe pit for their recreational enjoyment. On this site you will be able to access the Bylaws, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, (CCR'S) and various rules by which our Association is governed. Mossytree also issues a "FORUM" regularly which will keep the members updated on current events.
The Association dues provide the means by which we are able to support the HOA and are collected quarterly. It is important to stay current in order to enjoy the facilities without interruption. So far, we have been able to keep our dues low because of the generous volunteers that maintain our parks, pool and rec room. If you would like to donate some time to one of these causes, please contact our President, Terry Michaels. We greatly appreciate any time you can give.
If you have a special occasion that you would like to reserve any one of our amenities for, please contact our Events and Recreation Director, Jackie Morris. Her contact number is listed under "Board Members."

Our Mossytree Park Homeowners Board of Directors meets monthly on the first Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm. All homeowners are welcome to attend. Please call Terry Michaels to get on the schedule.
